This Website and all its content, including all materials provided after subscription is solely the property of Relationship and Marriage Academy RAMA and its licensors. Therefore, by subscribing to RAMA’s program and using its website, product, videos etc., YOU AGREE TO BE SUBJECT TO AND COMPLY WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITION OF USE HEREIN AND BY ALL POLICIES INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. RAMA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add and subtract from the content of these terms and conditions of use from time to time. A continuous use, after any changes or modifications, will imply consent and agreement with the changes and modifications to all such revised terms.

Subscription, Cancellations, Refunds and Termination
A user is deemed to have subscribed to our services once payment has been made and confirmation of fund receipt generated. A subscriber has the exclusive right to cancel or terminate our services at any time before the completion of the course. However, on no account shall the Academy be liable or obligated to refund any payment made, once subscription has been confirmed.
The Academy reserves the right to terminate or block a user of our site, at its sole discretion and without notice should it find such subscriber or user in breach or violation of any or all of the terms stated herein or other policies referenced.
Disputes
Any dispute or claim that may arise from the use or access of this Site, its content or services, between you (or any third party) and RAMA shall be submitted primarily to Arbitration and in the event that it yields no result, to the applicable Court in Nigeria, regardless of the principles of conflict of laws.
Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction
The terms and conditions herein are governed and construed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and other relevant international laws.
Severance
In the event that any part of these terms and conditions become void, invalid, or unenforceable, the term(s) in question shall be deemed severable and it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms or conditions.
Miscellaneous
Unless otherwise provided expressly, these terms and privacy policy constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to your use of the Site and its materials.
No waiver of any term (such waiver only deemed enforceable if communicated in writing) shall be deemed a further waiver or continued waiver of such term or any other term.
