I am Dr. Seun Olabode, the Founder and Lead Coach of Relationship and Marriage Academy (RAMA) and it is my pleasure to welcome you.

Relationship and Marriage Academy (RAMA) is a platform that aims to support singles and married couples in achieving thriving relationships. The academy offers a variety of resources, including online courses, workshops, counselling and coaching services, to help individuals and couples build strong, healthy relationships. The curriculum is designed to cover a range of topics, including communication, conflict resolution, intimacy, and trust-building.

RAMA is a consortium of services that address the major challenges that couples and marriages face, these services include marriage counselling, medical advice, legal consultation and sex therapy.

At RAMA, we believe that relationship and marriage should bring about increased happiness, facilitate fulfilment and complement personal weaknesses. RAMA’s approach is centred around the idea that strong, healthy relationships are built on a foundation of mutual respect, open communication, and shared values. Through the various resources offered by the academy, individuals and couples can learn the skills and tools they need to build and maintain successful relationships.

Seun Olabode is a highly educated executive with a Doctorate degree in Agricultural Extension and Rural Sociology from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and is a Certified Counselling and Psychology professional, with a focus on Marriage and Family Counselling. As an Associate Family Systems Engineering and Counselling Professional, Seun has dedicated her career to helping people, relationships, and marriages achieve their full potential.

Seun is the founder and lead counsellor of the Relationship and Marriage Academy (RAMA), a platform that offers pragmatic approaches to help individuals and couples heal, thrive, and forge lasting marriages. She is a skilled teacher and relationship counsellor, with a deep understanding of the complexities of human behaviour and the importance of strong communication and emotional intelligence in relationships. Seun’s counselling expertise is instrumental in empowering people to develop healthy relationships and marriages that stand the test of time.

Aside from her counselling practice, Seun has also authored over 15 books, including “Loving Like the Bad Girls of the Bible”, “Colours of Forgiveness”, and “My Dear Daughter,” among others. Her books provide practical insights and guidance on relationships, forgiveness, personal development, and spiritual growth.

In addition to her counselling and writing expertise, Seun is the convener of the His and Hers conferences, and serves as the Senior Executive Pastor of the Enthronement Assembly, a thriving church in Lagos, Nigeria. Through her work, Seun helps eligible singles make appropriate relationship decisions, couples overcome relationship challenges, build stronger bonds, and achieve greater fulfilment in their personal and professional lives. Her impact is felt beyond the confines of her home country, as Seun’s work has attracted a global following of individuals seeking to strengthen their relationships and marriages.

Jola-Grace Emmanuel is the SOUL DOCTOR. She helps trauma victims, the broken, emotionally wounded, and abused to heal and reinvent themselves for an excellent life.
Even though she had her first degree in Accountancy and her second degree in Financial Decision Analysis, Jola-Grace is passionate about the HEALTH and HEALING of the SOUL.

She is a Mental Health Advocate; a certified Life and Trauma Recovery Coach, a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, an associate member of the European Mentoring and coaching Council, a Counsellor, a Neuro Linguistic Programming Therapist, an Emotional Freedom Technique & Matrix Reimprinting Therapist with over 15 years experience in public speaking.

She launched the Belle Initiative and Belle Magazine in 2015 and also produced and hosted a weekly talk show on DSTV that was aimed at helping women harness their inner andouter beauty. Jola-Grace went through many years of domestic violence and abuse and has now reinvented herself from a place of pain, low self-esteem, depression and suicide ideation to aplace of confidence, wholeness, fearlessness and PURPOSE.

She has helped many to heal and recover from traumatic experiences, understand interpersonal relationship dynamics, feel good about themselves, develop a healthy self esteem, regain their self-confidence and self-worth and REINVENT themselves for an excellent life after Trauma through one on one therapy and coaching sessions, group therapy sessions, Masterclasses, bootcamps and public speaking.

Olawunmi Esan is a trained psychologist and UK Certified Psychosexual and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist who specializes in helping couples and individuals discover, explore and enjoy Mind-blowing Sexual Connection, Pleasure, and Fulfilment.

Her skills have served numerous individuals, couples, and marriages across the globe, by helping them redefine true sexual intimacy, expand their awareness and understanding of sexuality, reach deeper dimensions of ecstatic connection, embrace their sensuality, heal from sexual trauma, resolve sexual dysfunction and enjoy richer expressions of sexual pleasure and intimate connection.

She is the Founder of the University of Sex, Africa’s foremost Personal Sex Coaching Academy, designed to equip individuals with resources, techniques, and strategies for wholesome and maximum sexual pleasure.

Over the years, she has worked with more than 5000 couples and individuals, to help them achieve Sexual Fulfilment through her One on One Sex Therapy, Sex Coaching, Keynote Speaking, and her Online Sex Academy.

She is a member of the African Network of Professional Counselors (ANEPCO), The Counselling Association of Nigeria (CASSON), and is the lead therapist at The Thriving Family International, an organization focused on providing counselling and therapy for personal and family-life success.

Tayo Owolabi is a Primary Health and Preventive Medicine Physician working currently with Lagos State Government. Dr Tayo Owolabi-led Quality Improvement in Healthcare team won the award of the best performing facility three times in a row in the just concluded RICOMM project in Lagos.

He serves as the Focal Person for the State on several Projects which include: Community based Tuberculosis and Psychiatry cases management in Lagos, Trained Ambassadors on the management of Domestic and Sexual Violence Response Team in the PHCs of Lagos State and serves as both Coordinator of COVID-19 Community Screening and Team Lead for COVID-19 RAPID RESPONSE Service in the State in Ikorodu division.

Dr Tayo Owolabi graduated in 2015 from the College of Medicine,LAUTECH with the following awards:

  • Distinction in Pathology,
  • The Best Student in Internal Medicine
  • Academic award of Excellence in 2015 graduating set of LAUTECH Medical Students Association.(LAUMSA Academic Award)

He is married to an astute Baker, Event manager and Physiologist, Temitayo Doris.

Dr Adesanya Ademayowa is a trained medical doctor, who graduated from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology LAUTECH.

While in school she held leadership positions both at the academic and medical association Levels as the
first female Registrar of the LAUMSA senate. She had her internship training at the Lagos state teaching hospital (LASUTH).

She also obtained a professional development certification on leadership and management in health from the University of Washington.

She had worked in private hospitals including the Lagoon hospitals, and is currently working with the Lagos state Government health service commission as a medical officer in the department of Obstetrics
and gynecology at the General hospital, ISOLO.

She is also a member/ representative of the General hospital Isolo at the Lagos state MPDSR-MATERNAL AND PERINATAL DEATH SURVEILLANCE AND RESPONSE ( an international programme of the WHO-world health organization).

Dr Adesanya Ademayowa is passionate about health administration and public health , most especially maternal and female reproductive health. She intends to pursue a residency programme in Obstetrics
and gynecology.

She is forever married to her Lover and best friend Mr. Adeniran Adesanya, a trained medical laboratory
scientist, an Excellent photography educator and photographer.

Dr Mary Amure is a medical practitioner with four years’ experience spanning general medical care, obstetrics and Gynecology, occupational health and health technology.

She completed her medical training from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos. She also holds certifications in Policy Development and Advocacy for Global Health, Project Management in Health, Leadership and Management from University of Washington Global Health Program.

As one who is passionate about the development and management of valuable health services, systems and product, she and her team have built a medical emergency response website and also conducted various community projects focused on Mother and Child Health Advocacy, Health Education and Health Financing.

Having trained and served in different capacities at several local and international professional organizations, she currently works as a Medical Practitioner with Lagos State Primary Health Care Board.

She is happily married to Amure Emmanuel. She enjoys writing and music in her spare time.

Wumi Fagbeyiro is a passionate educator with over a decade experience in education consulting and research. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, a Master’s degree and PhD in Agricultural and Environmental Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria.

She is a well-equipped 21st century education compliant consultant with certifications such as

  1. New Learning; Patterns of Pedagogy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
  2. Powerful Tools for Teaching and Learning; Digital Storytelling from the University of Houston
  3. Foundations of Teaching for Learning from the Commonwealth Education Trust.

  5. Foundation for Virtual Instruction from the University of California Irvine.
  6. Diploma in Project Management from the University of Lagos. 

She belongs to some select education impact groups such as Learning As I Teach Africa and Succeeding at Leading a Learning Community Africa.

As a pastime, She engages teachers, teacher assistants, school owners and parents through her virtual training centre called the Reformed Educators’ Academy and uses her social media page to share useful tips in various forms on teaching and learning. She aspires to positively influence the education narrative in Nigeria by organising training for teachers and school leaders, while pointing the focus on the quality of education served to the learners.

She has authored three science publications as well as co-authored a textbook on environmental sustainability and a motivational book.

Janet Lanre Adekunle is a highly accomplished professional with a deep commitment to human development. With a diverse background in architecture, social entrepreneurship, and global business and development, Janet brings a unique perspective of inclusion, diversity, and flexibility to her work.

Janet holds a degree in Architecture from the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) and a certificate in Social Entrepreneurship from the University of Connecticut. She also has a master’s degree from the University of Sussex in Globalisation, Business and Development.

Janet is a researcher with ITAD Limited, a leading global consultancy in monitoring, evaluation, learning, and strategy services. She is also the Executive Director of the Hope Inspired Foundation for Women and Youths (HIFWY), a disability and women’s advocacy organization, and the Founder and Senior Impact Manager of GoodWorks Advisory Ltd (gwaltd.com), a company that helps organizations to articulate, integrate, and execute their impact goals.

With her diverse background and passion for bridging the gap between business and impact, Janet is dedicated to facilitating opportunities for collective human development.

Ibukun Adedoyin is a legal professional with over seven years’ work experience and a Recruiter/ Talent Manager with over three years’ experience. She has a keen interest in family law and possesses a demonstrable experience in family law advisory, contracts administration, company formation, property administration and management, policy and regulatory compliance and personnel management.

She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in United Kingdom, after completing a first degree in Literature-in- English, proceeded with a master’s degree in the same location then returned to be called to the Nigerian bar.

Ibukun is passionate about the successful development and establishment of women and drives on the wings of fairness.

She enjoys her family time, and meeting with friends at her leisure. Her marriage is blessed with a child.
